We are a small physics research group at the University of New Mexico (UNM).
Our research is within the intersection area of particle physics, astrophysics, nuclear physics and computation physics. We focuses on the impact of the neutrinos on the physical and chemical evolution of the astrophysical environments near the compact objects. Please see here for more information.
We welcome both graduate and undergraduate students to join us. Although our research may look overwhelming at the first sight, along this exciting journey of discovery one will acquire a great amount of knowledge and skills for his/her future career in either academia or industry.
We are supported by the Nuclear Physics program and the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) of the Office of Science under the US Department of Energy.
